Uranus in Gemini; 2025-2033

A New Era is on it's way, and this shift is another piece of that puzzle. Uranus- the planet of change, liberation, great awakening, innovation, surprise, the nervous system, astrology, disruption, freedom, rebellion, breakthrough, electricity, etc.- is shifting signs.
Uranus stays in a sign for 7-8 years, so it takes roughly 84 years to move through the entire zodiac. The last time Uranus was in Gemini was 1941-1949.
Uranus has been transiting through Taurus since 2018, a sign that it isn't able to easily express it's natural energies in. As I write this, Uranus is at 29° Taurus (okay, but when I am posting it, it's at 00° Gemini), the very last degree of the sign - known as the anaretic degree.
Uranus will shift back and forth over the beginning degrees of Gemini and the final degrees of Taurus until it moves into Gemini for good on April 26th, 2026, where it will stay until May 22nd, 2033.
When Uranus visits the sign of Gemini for the first time since 1949 on July 7th, it will stay there through November 7th, 2025 when it will retrograde back into Taurus for a final time.
During the time of July 7th - Nov 7th 2025, we will get clue into what this transit will bring and topics of importance in our personal lives, as well as collectively.
Keep in mind that Uranus is just one piece of this much larger shift, but it is an important one!
Uranus is known as an "outer" planet, so it's shift will be felt collectively and societally. Uranus disrupts the status quo, it innovates old ways, it challenges routines, and it urges us along our collective and personal evolution.
It's shift into the sign of Gemini could bring things such as advances and/or disruptions in technology, air travel, communication, and education. It can also bring more waves of revolution and rebellion around the status quo and current systems. And so much more.
Personally, you can consider the Taurus house of your chart. Uranus has been there since 2018 changing, innovating, breaking, shocking, and liberating this area of your chart/life.

July 7th, 2025 - Uranus enters Gemini for first time since 1949
September 5th, 2025 - Uranus stations retrograde (rx) at 01° Gemini
November 7th, 2025 - Uranus rx back into Taurus
February 3rd 2026 - Uranus stations direct at 27° Taurus
April 25th, 2026 - Uranus re-enters Gemini until 2033
In the Uranian realms of our life:
Collectively we are starting an 8 year societal shift, and reflecting back to advancements and disruptions (etc) from 84 years ago. Personally, we are starting a new 8 year cycle of our lives.
